Before Christmas I bought Quilt Shoppe Kitty Pattern #359552. I made 10 of them - one for each grandchild and a couple for my children. They were a great hit! I had to make them kid safe because the youngest child was 11 months old. I wanted them to be kid friendly and washable. Two of my granddaughters, ages 6 and 11, sleep with theirs. My three-year-old great nephew will not put his down! I used fleece Christmas fabric, light and dark for the nose and eyes and ears. Because of his age, I did not use buttons for the tail, I sewed it on with 6-strands of black embroidery and a cross stitch. I fused the face and eyes and ears on to hold them on, and then secured them with a buttonhole stitch. I like to remake patterns and alter them to what I have on hand. They were really cute and so loveable and soft (I stuffed them with fiber fill). I am disabled and the only way I can shop is online. I really enjoy this site!! Beverly |

I was browsing your site, and I clicked on the title "Which Foot To Use." I am so glad to have finally found the answers to the info about singer sewing foot types. I have been wondering about the differences of my singer foot and my sister's White foot types and size differences. I really am enjoying learning new info about sewing things that I did not learn in 1974 when I first started to learn to sew, in class at the Junior High where I began to sew projects. In the 70's there was little information the instructor gave us on the different things about Singer Sewing machines & the Viking Sewing machines in the Home Economics class. At age 49 I am learning more about sewing and things concerning my questions that I have had for many years. Thank You all for this wonderful site. Keep up the good work. I will keep looking forward to new info and ideas that you send to me. P.S. It is not ever to late to for any one to learn new things. Again Thank You Clotilde for your handy info about "Which Foot To Use" it really helped me to better understand the three different sewing machines that I have and the different types of foots for each model (years too) ... Your catalog is great -- thanks for sending it to me. I live in a rural area and its hard to get quilting patterns and supplies so I use mail order and internet orders a lot.

| My favorite item from your catalog is the needle threader. I buy them and have them everywhere - in my sewing room, in my sewing basket. If I'm working on a needlepoint, smocking, regular mending, etc., they are always with me! Judy |
