Why do I have to register to use Clotilde.com?
You do not have to register to browse through our hundreds of great patterns. However, we do require registration prior to completing a purchase on our site. All accounts are accessed by entering an account name and user-chosen password. Once logged in, you can view your electronic download order history by accessing the "My Bookshelf" feature. As an industry leading website, we are constantly adding new patterns, both electronic and print.
How do I sign in once I have registered?
You should automatically be signed in following successful registration. If you do not see "Hello, yourname" on the left-hand side of your screen, click on the Customer Sign In link on the left of the page and enter your username and password. If you forget to log in before you begin checkout, you will be taken to a sign in screen when you begin the process.
What if I forget my username or password?
We'll e-mail your username or password to you if you forget it. Simply click on the Forgot Your Password link and fill out the form there. Once we have verified your information, your password will be provided to you.
Can two people have an account on one computer?
Yes, two or more people can have an account using one computer. To ensure account security, do NOT utilize the "Remember my Password" feature in either the computer's operating system or the Internet browser.
Registered customers who share a computer should leave the "Remember my Password" checkbox unchecked, and type in your username and password at every visit.
How do I contact customer service?

My e-mail address changed, how do I let you know?
Click on the Customer Sign In link on the left side of the page, sign into your account and modify your e-mail address. Then the next time you visit the site, log in with your new e-mail address.
I don't have a printer or I can't get my electronic download patterns to work on my computer, can you send me copies of of these patterns in the mail?
You do not need a printer to purchase our electronic downloads; you can always read them from your computer screen. Our site is designed to deliver your electronic download purchases to you immediately without any shipping charges. Due to the digital nature of our electronic downloads, we are not able to print them for you and deliver them to your home, nor can we forward them to you as an attachment to an e-mail.
I received an error when trying to open my electronic download. What do I do?
This error occurs most often when an electronic download did not completely download. This happens usually during periods of extremely heavy traffic on the site. Please try browsing to your Clotilde.com bookshelf and clicking on the download link below the pattern with which you experienced the problem.
