Leather Case

The leather case that came with your scissors is not just for storage. Use the case to sharpen the scissors' blades by stroking them up and away from the edge. Next, stroke down with the leather case to "clean" the blades of grit particles. Old-time barbers always cleaned their razors on leather straps.
